How do I find out how much my order costs?
Simply email, fax, or call in your order and ask for a return quote. We will give you a quote in less than 24 hours, Monday thru Friday. Weekend response time varies.
How quickly should I expect my order to ship?
If your order is placed before noon, all orders are shipped the same day, Monday through Friday. (Some exceptions apply.)

What if I have issues on a weekend, after hours, or on a holiday?
If we are not in the office, the phones are forwarded to our cell phones. Response time should be within two (2) hours.
I have another brand of machine. Can I use your cable or cutters?

Do you take trade-ins?
We will make an offer on any machine, depending on the condition. Call for an appointment for us to view the machine, or stop by during normal business hours.
