Midwest Drain was originally started in the early 1950's as a supply house for sewer and drain cleaning equipment. Bill Rowland purchased the company from it's owners in the early 1980's. Since then we have sold, warranted and repaired Electric Eel machines. If I felt there was a better brand, I would sell it. When it comes to quality, long lasting, well designed and safe equipment, Electric Eel, in my opinion, is second to none.  And the best part, it is made in the USA, in Springfield, Ohio, by American workers.
